Sales Executive, Sweden (New Customer Acquisition)
We are looking for a high-performing Sales Executive to accelerate our growth in Sweden.
The mission of the Sales Executive is to expand and grow the established business of Jakamo in Sweden. To succeed in this mission, Jakamo already has customers including a globally recognized flagship-customer from Swedish manufacturing ecosystem.
Responsibilities
You will work together with our Sales & Marketing value stream. You will be responsible for developing a sound sales pipeline and building and closing the high quality sales deals of new B2B customers in the Swedish manufacturing industry. At later stage it can be possible to take responsibility for sales in Denmark and Norway as well.
You tasks include:
- Identifying potential new customers with a help of our target segment marketing
- Contacting new prospects with a help of account marketing
- Presenting our offering to the customers
- Discussing and understanding the customers’ needs and align them with our offering
- Develop a best in the market proposals to the customers
- Closing the deals
Requirements
- 2+ years’ experience from selling B2B SaaS software solutions (preferably into the manufacturing industry or the similar market)
- “Hunter” profile
- Proven track record at building and closing high quality sales deals as well as meeting and exceeding the sales targets
- Entrepreneurial mind-set
- Experience in identifying and influencing key decision makers and stakeholders in the potential customers’ organizations
- Strongly customer-centric focus (basic understanding of design thinking & business design principles is an advantage)
- Strong empathy and communication & negotiation skills
- Strong drive and results orientation
- Experience from the context of manufacturing industry and supply chain management is an advantage
- Preferably an academic degree
- Fluency in Swedish and English (Danish and Norwegian are advantages)
- Business acumen and the ability to understand wider issues of the industry
- Ability to travel as required (around 10 - 20 % of the working time)
